CardioKARATE

Anyone can do it!

You don't have to know any Taekwondo at all in order to enjoy Cardio-Kick classes. Before class begins, the instructor will teach you the basic movements that you will be using that day.

Our CardioKARATE™ program is available to all interested students -- you can choose either to join the CardioKARATE™ program alone or to join the general Taekwondo program as well.

Quality instruction

Although nearly every gym in the country now offers some version of this exciting exercise activity, trained instructors are often hard to find. Because many of these classes are taught by aerobics instructors with little or no formal martial arts training, students learn improper techniques and develop habits that will hinder their own development as martial artists.

Our CardioKARATE™ classes are taught by Ms. Patty Lovett, a third-degree black belt and nationally-certified instructor with more than seven years of martial arts experience. Instead of the repetitive simple movements found in many combat aerobics classes, Ms. Lovett has developed a CardioKARATE™ curriculum that uses challenging multiple-technique combinations to develop your fluidity, rhythm and Taekwondo skill.

The Classes

CardioKARATE™ classes offer a vigorous and challenging cardiovascular workout. Like traditional aerobics classes, CardioKARATE™ applies physical movements to a pulse-pounding musical beat. But unlike other aerobics programs, the movements in a CardioKARATE™ class have practical applications and help to develop martial arts skills.

They're also fun!
